Users Must Be At Least 18

Users of our Platform must be at least 18 years old; any user under 18 is not authorized.  Our Platform is not targeted to children under age 18. Additionally, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 18 years of age.

If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided personal information to PracticalEA.com through this Site, please contact us, and we will endeavour to delete that information from our databases. ‍

Practical technology Solutions employ the services from kajabi LLC to host the Platform for the PracticalEA.com Site.

We collect several types of information from and about users of the Site, including information:

  • by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information");
  • you may submit to us, including any Content that has personal information;
  • about your preferences, partnerships and affiliations, and demographics or
  • geolocation, including precise and regional;
  • about you individually but does not identify you;
  • about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Platform, and Platform usage details;
  • account information and login credentials;
  • email data, including related metrics; and
  • survey, participation, and general research data.

We collect this information:

  • directly from you when you provide it to us, such as when you create an account; and
  • automatically as you use the Site.  Information collected automatically may include usage details, and information collected through cookies.

By voluntarily providing us with any such information, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Notice.  You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many features or opportunities.

Automatically Collected Information

Upon engaging the Site, it automatically receives and records information on server logs from your browser, including but not limited to your IP address, the type of browser used, identity and type of device used, cookie information, the page you requested, and duration of activity on our Platform. PracticalEA.com may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Kajabi and its affiliates within their corporate family, agents or service providers. This information provides us with the type of user who is accessing our Platform and certain browsing activities of that user. Kajabi may make use of this data at an aggregated level to understand, among other things, how their Site is being used. Kajabi may share this aggregate data with its affiliates within our corporate family, agents and business partners.  Kajabi may also disclose aggregated user statistics to describe their services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.  Please note that they have the ability to retain any data that you provide or that they collect on their Platform, even if you have not created an account, logged in or if you do not use their Platform. For example, such contact details and data may be used to contact you to share opportunities or for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use "cookies" and other tracking technologies to improve your experience and to save you time and when visiting the Platform. Cookies are little tags that are placed onto your computer. Practical Technology Solutions do not provide your information to anyone outside the company, with the exception of the Platform provider Kajabi, and any legal requirement.
